Strategic Advantages

1. World Bank & Government-Led RN10 Rehabilitation Project

Our project is significantly de-risked by a major international development initiatives. The Ampanihy Crown Project's strategic location on the upgraded Route Nationale 10 (RN10) dramatically lowers both future Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX), providing a distinct competitive advantage.

The map above, captured from a promotional video by the Government of Madagascar, details the four key sections of the RN10 rehabilitation project. The Ampanihy Crown Project is strategically located directly adjacent to "Section 2" and "Section 3" of the new highway, near the town of Ampanihy.

The comprehensive rehabilitation of the RN10 highway, significantly funded by a ~$400 million World Bank initiative, passes directly through our project area. This transformational project provides a paved, all-weather route to the deep-water Port of Toliara, dramatically lowering future transport costs and logistical risk for the Ampanihy Crown.

Key Strategic Takeaways:

  • Direct Access to Port: The rehabilitated RN10 provides the Ampanihy Crown Project with a direct, paved, all-weather highway to the deep-water Port of Toliara, the primary export hub for the region. This ensures efficient and reliable transit of graphite concentrate.
  • Dramatically Reduced CAPEX: The highway upgrade eliminates the need for Liberty Graphite to build and maintain a costly private haul road – a multi-million dollar expense that can render remote projects un-fundable. The World Bank and Government of Madagascar are effectively financing a critical piece of the project's infrastructure.
  • Massively Lower OPEX: Transporting material on a modern, paved highway will significantly reduce ongoing operating costs, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and fleet size. This directly enhances the project's profitability and financial robustness.
  • Guaranteed Year-Round Revenue: The climate-resilient road ensures the mine can ship and sell its product 365 days a year. This eliminates the risk of seasonal shutdowns due to impassable roads, guaranteeing consistent cash flow and revenue predictability.

In conclusion, the RN10 rehabilitation transforms the Ampanihy Crown Project from a remote discovery into a logistically sound industrial enterprise with a clear, reliable, and cost-effective path to the global market.

2. Established Infrastructure

Our project is significantly de-risked by existing infrastructure .

With over 30 years of operational experience in the region, we have existing compound of buildings for equipment, housing, offices, and roads within the graphite claims. This established footprint reduces startup costs and timelines for the next phase of development.

We are actively seeking strategic partners and investors to accelerate the development of the Ampanihy Crown Project and secure America's critical mineral future.
