Through extensive exploration, Liberty Graphite has identified a significant district-scale opportunity at Ampanihy Crown. The project comprises multiple contiguous perimeters, showcasing geological formations consistent with major high-grade graphite discoveries in the region.

Recent geological work and initial certified lab results confirm exceptional mineralization across the project area. Lab-certified assays have returned grades as high as 42.78% Total Graphitic Carbon (TGC). Furthermore, recent field discoveries have visually confirmed additional graphite mineralization ranging from 15% to 30%. These compelling results validate the project's potential to host a substantial, high-quality resource capable of meeting the stringent demands of advanced industrial applications, including lithium-ion battery anodes.

Pathway to Production: De-Risking the Supply Chain

Liberty Graphite is committed to a disciplined and de-risked approach to development, leveraging Madagascar's established mining jurisdiction and existing infrastructure. Our immediate focus is on securing strategic financing to advance the Ampanihy Crown through its critical next phase:

• Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS): To deliver a comprehensive and definitive assessment of the project's technical and economic viability, including a detailed resource estimate and mine plan for high-grade concentrate production.
• Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA): Ensuring the project is developed to the highest international standards for environmental protection and deep, ongoing community engagement.
• Logistical Advantage: Capitalizing on the approximately $400 million World Bank-funded rehabilitation of the RN10 highway, which passes directly through the project area, providing direct paved access to the deep-water Port of Toliara. This significantly reduces infrastructure CAPEX and ongoing OPEX.
