Step 1: Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS)
Timeline: 12-15 Months / Est. Cost: ~$3.6M Conduct a 10,000-meter drilling program, benchmarked against successful regional campaigns, to produce a definitive, bankable resource estimate.
This comprehensive study will include:
- Detailed Resource Definition (infill drilling, metallurgical test work)
- Mining Engineering (pit design, schedule, equipment selection)
- Process Engineering (flowsheet optimization, plant design)
- Infrastructure Design (power, water, roads – though RN10
- Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) – crucial for permitting and due diligence.
- Economic Analysis (OPEX/CAPEX estimation, financial modeling)
- Market Studies (off-take, product specifications)
Step 2: Phase 1 "Bonanza Module" & U.S. Anode Plant
Timeline: 18-24 Months / Est. CAPEX: ~$25-30M
Construct a low-cost, modular "starter" mine in Madagascar, fed by our ultra-high-grade ore. In parallel, construct a processing plant in the U.S. to convert this concentrate into battery-ready anode material, generating early cash flow and onshoring the most critical part of the supply chain.
Step 3: Full-Scale Production
Timeline: Years 3-5+
Leverage cash flow from Phase 1 to develop the full district-scale resource in Madagascar, supplying the operational U.S. anode facility and establishing a fully integrated, secure American supply chain aligned with U.S. policies and programs such as DFC and EXIM.
